FAQs

  • Are your UGG boots made in Australia?

We are offering customers the choice between Australian made UGG boots and ones made overseas. Both options likely have their own appeal to different customers. While some might prefer the authenticity and support of locally made products, others might prioritize affordability or different styles offered by overseas manufacturing. It's great that both ranges use premium Australian sheepskin, ensuring quality in either choice.

  • Are your boots made of real sheepskin?

All our UGG boots are made of A-grade premium sheepskin. The natural properties of sheepskin, such as its ability to regulate temperature and moisture, make it an excellent choice for footwear. Sheepskin is breathable, which helps to prevent sweating and discomfort, while also providing insulation to keep your feet warm in colder temperatures.

  • Are the UGG boots true to size?

It's common for leather and sheepskin products to stretch and conform to the shape of your feet over time, which is why many people opt for a snug fit when initially wearing UGG boots. This ensures that they'll mold to your feet comfortably as you wear them. Check our size guide for more information.

  • What's the best way to look after my UGG boots?

Keeping them indoors and on flat surfaces can help minimize wear and tear, while applying suede and leather water repellent can provide an extra layer of protection against stains and moisture. And if they do happen to get dirty, gently wiping them with the sponge provided in our shoe care kits after they've dried out can help keep them looking clean and fresh. Follow the specific care instructions provided to ensure your UGG boots stay in top condition for as long as possible.

  • Are the UGG boots waterproof?

Most of our UGG boots are not water resistant. While applying leather and suede water repellent can help make them more resistant to water, it's good to note that this won't make them completely waterproof. This means it's still best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain or wet conditions where they could be exposed to prolonged moisture.
