UGGS ONLINE offers free delivery Australia wide for all orders over $99.

UGGS ONLINE shipping internationally to New Zealand only.

We are processing your orders as quickly as possible, most orders placed during business hours gets processed and shipped within a couple of hours of ordering, others could take up to 2 business days. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and other couriers and best efforts are made to deliver products to you within 5 working days. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number.

International orders may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your signature may be required upon delivery.

Please kindly note that Registered Shipping only has limited tracking access and the tracking number will only be valid in your country’s Post Tracking System once it has reached the local postal services for scanning and processing.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 30 business days from the shipment date.
